Name that kids TV prog.....

My friend was asking me if i could remember the name of a children's TV programme that had a kid in it who had a t-shirt with a tiger's head on it. When he put the t-shirt on it made him run really fast. Then the picture would start flashing as it run out. I remember seeing it but cant remember wot its called..... Any ideas?

Dont remember it being a film, thought it was a series. But yes, that is definitely it. I remember the sports day too!!!
