I haven't watched a single minute of the Olympics from opening ceremony to closing.(inclusive)
it might take me a while to contact the other 7 billion people so give me a minute...
I have recorded it as I had to be up at 3 this morning. I will watch it tonight. By the sounds of things, it was fab.

glad i wasnt the only one, i got sick of the constant status up dates on facebook last night.
We stayed up and watched it firewatch. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
I would have liked to have seen Macca and Ringo there for the John Lennon tribute though.
Is there a closing ceremony for life itself then?
I didn't see it, either. Haven't got a TV set.
yes johnny, its called a funeral.
I turned on the opening ceremony and saw jiving nurses. I turned the TV off and haven't watched any Olympic anythings since.
Trust me - you missed nothing
When I heard who was going to perform I knew I would not watch, not my kind of music, so I turned on half an hour before the end to see the fireworks, and turned the sound off! Think I might have missed some spectacular sets though. But the young ones enjoyed themselves and they are our next generation, so I am happy to take a 'back seat'.
I thoroughly enjoyed the games. The closing ceremony-well-I watched it but muted most of it!.It was spectacular and well organised and everybody seemed to be enjoying the party. It was lovely to see all the happy faces.
I started to watch it but found it a bit tedious so watched Frost instead.
George Michael was rubbish
Didn'd see anything from opening ceremony to closing ceremony or anything in between. Not only because I live abroad but also because I don't possess a television. Would actually have been nice to see a bit, I must admit.
i recorded it as i had to have an early night.

sat down to watch it today , ********* virgin media screwed up - and it's lost.

i'm very angry
Have to admit I didn't watch any of the Olympics but then I don't often watch much TV anyway. I was glad it all seemed to go off so well.
Watched it from start to finish and thought it was marvellous..............
The official TV viewing figures show that 26.3 million people watched the BBC coverage, so subtract that figure (and about 80,000 people in the stadium) from the current UK population and you'll be able to work out how many others didn't see the ceremony, Firewatch.

Of course, quite a few million of them will be babies and young children, who were in bed, so (as far as the adult population of the UK is concerned) you definitely seem to be in a minority!
