After a lifetime of being disliked by my mother and never receiving a compliment, on a recent visit to her she said, "You know you are very pretty." "Really!" I gasped. "Yes," she said. "You look just like your Uncle Mike."

Uncle Mike was 6ft, overweight, ruddy faced, bald, Irish fisherman.

Am now grinding up some glass.

... have you got Uncle Mike's phone number ;+)
Oh poor gness..... but Uncle Mike does sound like a good old character. Better to look like him than to be the image of your mother eh?
Gness, she should meet my mother in law, they sound like long lost twins.

On my wedding day, in all my finery, she looked me up and down and said
"My God, you are plain"
PS - Gness, I never realised you are bald!

We should introduce them MrsO. When I asked how I looked on my wedding day she said, "Ah you`ll do. At least you won`t be getting pregnant out of wed-lock and shaming us all."

Guys all claim that facials are very good for the complexion.
