"We recently have determined that different computers have logged on to your on line banking account and multiple password failures were present before logons."
The e-mail finishes with:
"Please do not contact us directly as this issue is mainly processed by our Online Banking System."
I have an on-line account with Nationwide and I'm sure this is an attempted scam. So, if you receive anything like this keep your wits about you.

OK, Factor30. My Nationwide account wouldn't be worth plundering as there's only a few quid in it.
Makes a change from Barclays/Natwest/Co-op I suppose ;)
