It depends on current weight and how much exercise you do.
Depends on your level of activity, what form the calories take, fat, protein carb etc., calorie counting isn't a brilliant form of dieting as it is so complex.
That's a fair number of gin and tonics (slimline)
Are you using the Iphone app that tells you how many calories are in whatever you are about to/have eaten?
Ignore the numbers, just eat less than you used to.
im having a baked bean on toast, just the one. i feel portly today

Yes I am using the app
I like it but it says I can have 1,660 per day
That leaves me with loads for tea - too many I think
You should have most of your calories in the morning, and the least at night.
Two Big Macs and a handful of raisins for pud......
