A few clues have me stumped but I'll start with two.

34. Grapes possibly from Thailand topped product of grapevine (7)

The letters COULD be TU?OI?? but not confident.

23D. Cattle disease carried by enormous southern bug (6)
??S???
Could be hidden as in oussou or ussout but no such words.

23 Here's a guess. Cattle disease = BSE.
Answer might be -BSE--

Yes! cattle disease = BSE, enormous = OutSize = OS, southern = S,
and O-BSE-S-S (vb) = bug, preoccupy, etc.

34.Rumours?

"Rumours" fits the "product of grapevine", dannyk 13, but I'm struggling to make it fit the rest of the clue.

When Grape and tumor (US spelling) are googled together, it gives:
The tumor is often recognized as it prolapses from the introitus with a characteristic gross appearance of grape-like clusters of tumor masses.

rumours topped is umours with T gives tumours (so grapes possibly).
Now all the clues that tumours crosses with are solved except for one.

32. Letter bishop's penned goes astray (4)
would be ERRS (R from tumours is second letter in ERRS).
But how to fit "letter bishop's penned" with the answer?

I always thought of "S" spelled out as ESS. But ES would work.

Now the last clue. Any hint would be appreciated.

USER fits but why?
