....HC is worth an equivalent weight in gold as thanks to crystal clear and patiently-repeated explanation I now have a splendid spanking fast wireless connection circumventing the so-called superhub left by Virgin.
If anyone else needs to know how to do this I'm sure we can spread the joy.

I had spent many hours trying to get the proper speed on my Superhub, had phone techie support for an hour and a half, an engineer to my home, a replacement Superhub. Useless.
I googled the problem and found I was not alone and the simplest solution seemed to be to use my own router.

I googled the problem and found I was not alone and the simplest solution seemed to be to use my own router.
It works for me! Please consider informing Virgin of your experience - the more that complain about the Superhub the better it will be for all us users.
