Anyone any novel ideas for keeping cool? Cant sleep in this heat.

Its too hot for me too. I just keep going in the bathroom for a nice cool wash with scented soap.

How about a fan in the bedroom? (A/C units are not popular in the UK)

Turn your pillow over regularly throughout the night as the underside is always cool.

If it gets really bad I sometimes sleep on the bed rather than in it. If you can find a quiet fan that might help.

Had a cold shower about 2am. Was really cold as I was really hot but once cooled and back in bed, off to dreamland toot sweet.
