iCloud back up

I have done something and have deleted my iCloud backup thing - what than I do to backup the stuff that I have currently got on m iPad? Thanks

Could you not reinstall iCloud, I would have thought all the info in there is sitting in cyberspace, alternatively, could you back it up on to your iTunes account.
