I have a very rare, limited edition Radley Poppyfields suitcase, unfortunately when my ex and I split up he did all the packing "for" me and didn't include the key with the suitcase. We don't speak and to be honest if we did, he still wouldn't give it to me..

This suitcase was bought in 2008 and, as advised, was a limited edition. I really am stuck with where I could get a new key from.

Have tried speaking with Radley customer services and they don't keep extra keys in stock for this kind of thing. Will be gutted if I won't be able to use it now as it is rather gorgeous and cost me a bomb!

Contact a locksmith, he can make you one.

Hi Craft, would a locksmith be able to do this without a "pattern" to cut a new one to?
^

A good one should be able to give it a go. Get a price before you agree though.
Twitter. If you have a twitter account tweet polite about it and #Radley, also @Radley.

I find highlighting problems with companies on Twitter gets the results I want, usually.

I am very disappointed to see that Radley's aren't prepared to help you. Even if they don't keep a stock of keys they should be able to replace the lock (for a fee, probably); or advise you of another solution.
One of the first Mr Craft's hobbies was locksmithing (he took a correspondence course in it) and he managed to make new keys for a few people who had lost them.
A good cobbler/locksmith should be able to provide a new one.
yep - a locksmith will be able to do it - they'll pick the lock open and then be able to make up another key for the lock. xx
