Posthumous Justice For Pc Keith Blakelock?
23 Answers
Scotland Yard has intimated that an impending arrest in the case of the Police Officer brutally hacked to death and virtually decapitated in 1985 is imminent.
I well remember that dreadful event because I too was a serving Officer at the time and was also on night shift that night - albeit in a different city - when the news came in over our radios. It sent a shiver down my spine and made my blood run cold. I too was hospitalised on several occasions but nothing obviously as horrendous as Keith Blakelock's fate.
For the sake of his memory, his widow, and natural justice, let's hope for a successful outcome this time.
