We saw a quick glimpse of her tonight but it made me realise we haven't seen her for a long while. How did they explain her absence in the storyline and why in real life has she been missing? Hope the actress hasn't been ill again?

Cast members take time off from time to time, they all do it and just when you think you haven't seen a certain character for a while, they pop up again. It's obviously Sally's time for a bit of a break.

Peter and Carla are on their summer break now, (but not together I hope!) when someone returns they are usually very tanned as I think Sally was. - rosy

Iknow its only a soap, but when did Kevin get the diy bug. When the druggie set fire to his new home he had it repainted or did the writers think we had forgotten.All the time he was with Sally he was at the garage, in the pub or getting nookie, no time for diy.

I agree baza. Kevin wouldn't be so inconsiderate either, especially as his neighbour is a fireman who saves lives and obviously needs his sleep.

Never mind Sally, what about little Sophie, the juvenile lez. Been missing for ages then suddenly up she pops in one episode this week, only to disappear below the horizon.
