No, but I cannot remember the last time I used sugar either. Have a bag which has solidified (co-agulated, all grains stuck together)?
Natural sweeteners are stevia, and sweet cicely.
And Stevia is the main component of Truvia.....in this case 'natural' is not necessarily best.
Sweeteners make you fat

"A major American controlled study on 80,000 women showed that those who regularly use artificial sweeteners put on more weight per year than those who do not use them"

Sweeteners are poison. Too many parents give their kids no sugar added and no sugar foods thinking they are doing them good, they are not. They are not recommended for under 3's, even Smithkline and Beecham, the makers of Ribena, have that on the side of their bottles

Don't do it

oj, a sweetener hater
Very 'iffy' web site , did you see that spiked skin roller at the side ? why would anyone use something like that?
dont see adds Edd - you can find the same information if you search

i once saw an extremely over the top ad, scaremongering over aspartame, people with scabby faces, ill, etc ... it was ridiculous

if my livelihood depended on sales of sugar...in whatever capacity -(mr tate or mr lyle etc) and along came some substance claiming to be better for you that sugar, healthier, no calories, no carbs, no side affects and just as cheap - and tasted just as good as sugar ... and basically threatened mine and families livelihoods then...

i would make scaremongering videos and issue damning reports on it too...

i have never seen or heard of anyone with scabs and hair loss etc etc who has been told its down to using sweeteners...

id like to see some proper, respected evidence on this
You only have to look for it and its out there
These researches are not done by mr tate and lyle

Aspartame was reported to have been used in chemical warfare - that IS crap, but just the fact that sweeteners send false signals to your brain that real sugar doesn't was enough for me to not use it
It damages your teeth, it causes headaches, it does aid obesity by the sending of those false signals - all fact not fiction
tried the pure stevia extract once... had a disgusting aftertaste and was so powerful it was hard not to over sweeten things. I just try to use the bare minimum of real sugar or honey on things like rhubarb or where it is needed to make a particular item set or form a crust
Like OJ says...Aspartame is bad! My nephew has PKU which means he's on a extremely restricted diet. Specialists and dieticians have been in his life since he was diagnosed (at a few weeks old) and all agree that aspartame should be avoided. In large doses it can effect the liver.

I would rather have rotten teeth than save a few calories.

"...damages your teeth, it causes headaches, it does aid obesity..."

so exactly like sugar then...?

real sugar also has its issues...diabetes etc...

i am not saying its a great substance, but you cannot tar all sweeteners with the same brush ...
If you use Truvia and get started to truly feel particular unwanted effects the highly recommended idea would be to view your doctor and request for a advice. Using this method it is possible to have correct help and advice as well as the correct remedy if necessary. Yet another thing we have to speak about is that you should never utilise of added quantities of Truvia, if you currently making use of it. We all know that sweets aren't quite nourishing and well balanced even so or will be the sweetening, particularly in substantial sizes. There are certainly women and men and some fat loss programs that may support you to definitely avoid all kinds of sugar. However, avoid being fooled that low-calorie sweetening will help you shed fat, considering the fact that a lot of these will certainly simply just slow your own metabolic rate.

Ultimately, this doesn't make any difference if you have sweeteners or perhaps all kinds of sugar in the nourishment, you need to utilize moderate volumes after which there will definitely be virtually no adverse effects. Then again, I highly recommend you bear in mind to seek the advice of your personal physician or dietitian regarding the use of sweeteners in your day-to-day diet.
