I am trying to remember the name of a black male artist. I think it is just a single name. The track he sang was to a girl, think they were in a swimming pool. The most distinctive thing about him was he has really strange eyes. Also a deep rasping voice. He also wore a black mesh bandana. Think it's from the 90s. Anybody?
