Damage.
If you damaged your car due to a pot hole etc, would you put in a claim? & also if the same happened on a Level crossing, what would you do?

I may have come over a bit harsh with my reply to you both, the Crossing in Q. has been in a bad state for about 3 years & they will not repair it, I have claimed in 2009 due to a broken Suspension spring on this crossing & N.Rail paid up, I have contacted them several times due to the condition of this crossing & the still will not put it right, on Monday of this week A strut collapse on my car again due to this crossing so again I am claiming, I do not care who is behind me going over this crossing my speed is 5mph ( YES 5mph) that's how bad it is, if others want to tears @rse over it then that's up to them, my car is very well maintained, checked often by myself, that also goes in checking the underside also, If N.R cannot take the time to inspect or repair this crossing then I will keep claiming if my car gets damaged due to it's state.
