HepA & HepB combined vaccine
5 Answers
Had this on wednesday, was warned by the nurse that it was a "heavy" vaccine, but despite having a high pain threshold, god did it hurt!
Not at the time, but for at least 24hrs after, I couldn't lift my arm above ear level! Didn't help that the Typhoid in the other arm was almost as bad.
Have googled it, but it doesn't mention much more than localised pain at jab site, anyone else had this?
Just asking because have to go back for two more and was wondering if I can expect more of the same!

i had it last week. After a few hours It felt like someone punched my arm several times. I ignored the fact i have the vaccine and carried on as normal, it didnt bother me much really. It is a big vaccine and it can be uncomfortable. Dont worry though, it is normal to feel that, and the other 2 will just be as bad as the first. sorry!!! i still need another 2 also for my new job this is compulsary.
