Being in two places at once

Been invited out twice at the weekend both by people that I know and would like to be in two places at once.

Ones's a birthday ash and the other I don't what it's in aid of but I guess I could ask.

One I can probably turn up a bit later to after leaving the first one but I feel that both could have a real turning point in my life...don't know how or why but I just feel it.

Not sure exactly how to be in two places at once?

Cut yourself in half or get a webcam fitted in the other place to check if you are missing anything. Well both stupid ideas. Parties are like buses you get two at once then you get other times you are not invited anywhere. You will have to do as you said turn up late for one of them. If only we knew, if we were physic and could see one was a waste of time going to, but alas life is not as easy as that I am afraid. Have you got another friend who is going and can ring you up and let you know you are missing a great do?

Can the person ur meeting not go to the birthday bash? or if not could you tell them both the truth and say i can see one of the first and meet the other one after
