Overall of the Bailey!

A friend is in court next Tuesday for drink driving (just over the limit) and is pleading guilty. I was asking him which solicitor he is using (he's not) and to cut a long story short he has asked me to represent him. The man is an idiot. I said I'd do it but told him to be prepared to be sent down lol

The defendant can represent himself and I have heard an odd one make a better case than some solicitors. He needs to be really remorseful and emphasise how difficult it would be for his family if he couldn't drive -school runs etc. this is assuming he really is sorry and didn't realise he was over the limit. Otherwise he deserves to be banned.
