Can anyone help me with a problem I have got with this. The O2 shop or the Blackberry website has not helped.It looks like I have 3 messages unread so have the little envelope icon displayed, but I haven't. Someone told me that it is because I have opened a message and then closed it straight away so has not registered that I have read it. I have cleared all my folders but it is still there.

oh yes and had battery out and plugged it in to computer for updates and still it is there !!!
