Looking for a LCD TV and been looking at the specs of various models on the net. Keep coming across a statement that they have 'fasttext' or '10 page teletext'. Now I know what teletext and fastext are, but what is 10 page teletext?

I'm not sure myself, although I know from using Teletext on my Dad's Sony Wega LCD TV that it has a Teletext memory. In essence, it stores back and foward pages as they load while you're reading the current page. This essentially has the effect of letting you read about 7 or 8 pages of Teletext at your leisure and manually moving them forward or backwards instead of being constrained by the time limit before the page refreshes.

Whether that's got anything to do with it I'm not sure, but it might hadn't it?
