Because there's only 16 weeks until Christmas. If you're paid monthly like I and millions of other are s, that only leaves 3 lots of salary.

Well i used to work in a supermarket and youd be surprised how much stuff they sell like that in September.

georgiesmum, i also worked in a supermarket, so i know just how early the warehouse fills up with christmas stock. as i walked down the aisle they had christmas stock on one side and school uniforms on the other!!!!!l

Went in a card shop today to get Hubby an Anniversary card and half the shop was taken up with flipping Christmas cards and calendars 2013!
