I have just gone on to Orange Pay Monthly and kept my PAYG number ...........

............ but when i try to set up another online account it says the phone number has been deactivated but when i try to create a new account it says the phone number is already registered so it won't let me carry on !!! Any ideas ? I really don't want to have to ring Orange and get put through to India !!!

Why not phone Orange Customer Service on your mobile, 150, their place of business is in the North of England.

I just went on their live chat thing on their website. Apparantly they are having problems and thats why I can't do it. My mate rang Orange yesterday about a problem and she was passed from pillar to post between about 5 different Indians !! It's off putting when you have to keep asking them to repeat themselves :-(
