i was away from home yesterday and could not find the gold version in several different shops, they just didn't stock it.

in my local shop he says the wholesalers only do 12.5g.

are they just trialing it?

and if sales dont do well will stop it?

my friend is not long back from abroad, he came back with 2oz pouches of this. don't see why they don't seem to be selling it over here
There was another brand on sale in 12.5 and 25g pouches some months back, can't remember what the brand was now, but haven't seen it since. It wasn't B&H though.
Some supermarkets do 50g pouches of some types, like Amber Leaf.
probably thinking of John Player Special Alba.
aha, I think you're right B00, thanks xx

yeah jps baccy went, i didn't like it to add,but i do like b%h not the cigs just the tobacco
Gold leaf is quite good Ronnie.
Milder than Amber Leaf. Mr Alba used to smoke B&H ciggies back in the day when you didn't need a lottery win to buy a packet.
Fag talk, how I miss that. Chatting about roll ups and puffing and drags.

10 years now for me. Don't miss it one bit. I was on 50 a day at the end and searching ashtrays for butts at 3am. I knew then I had to stop.
Last time I bought cigarettes, Senior Service were 2/9d (14p) for 20.

Have they risen in price lately?
