My mum married at 20, died age 74, had 9 children and never did wear a wedding ring. She lost hers not long after they were married and never wanted another.

I don't wear my wedding ring either, or my engagement ring. Don't wear any rings at all. It stems from the days when I used to wear tights and got fed up of catching my tights on the rings.

Here's a link to a piece re Coleen - an old one though. It's a shame, it sounds like she had a big fall-out with her sisters. Families eh?
