Before I start, I want to say that I loved the first series of Accused and I also enjoyed episodes one and two of this series.
However, episodes three and four were dreadful, and the biggest crime therein was John Bishop's acting, something that was more wooden than a forest. The factual inaccuracies of the fourth episode were truly beyond belief and Bishop just became more and more wooden as we went on.

Bishop was poor acting, but perhaps what he was brought in to portray was a man utterly out of his depth. And, whatever the "factual inaccuracies" were, they didn't detract from the overall effect. Cracking series.
