Mixer tap spares

Hi
The diffuser in my kitchen mixer tap needs replacing due to wear and tear (and limescale). I have removed most of the scale but still think a new one would do the job better. Have tried Googling Tap Spares etc., but without success. Does anybody have any idea if and where I can get a new diffuser from ?
