In April this year, EDF Energy launched its ‘Blue +Price Promise September 2013′ and the 'Blue +Price Promise April 2014' Tariffs, which guaranteed no price rises until September 2013 or April 2014 and no termination fee if you wanted to switch energy suppliers.

Now they have withdrawn both!

Could this mean a price hike very soon?

Had our price increases through from Southern Power today with alternatives a bit on a par with EDF. It's a flaming minefield trying to work out the best deal in these things.
E.on wrote to me recently to remind me that they promised not to increase prices in 2012.

That'll be my unpleasant New Years gift sorted then.
