Why do employers think you're the only one you have applied to?
Does anyone else find it difficult to remember which employer you have applied to, when one of them phones you out of the blue, giving very little detail and expects you to know who they are&what the job is? They don't seem to realise they are only one employer you may have applied to!
And why do they expect you to come to come to interviews within a very limited office hours, mon-fri, despite other employers and other medical appointments also requiring you to attend within this fixed time zone? I can't be the only person who gets annoyed by this and it's happened over many years, while in work and out. It also happened while bringing up my disabled son as schools, hospitals and other organisations all expected me and him sometimes to be available at the same limited time. We are constantly being told about the 24 hour society and complaints about Sunday working, but it only seems to apply to certain businesses?

But remember when you get a job you'll then have all those issues you raised last time about finding time for medical appointments etc

If a company phones you with a job offer and you do not remember who they are or details of the application it is not going to look on you very favorably.
Finding a job is a job in itself. You need to keep records of all the applications and update them . Work is very hard to find now , you are lucky to get so many offers you can't keep up with them.
