Please help. OH was updating the SatNav last week and ever since then there has been some "mystery" toolbars on the computer. We've looked in the "Remove Programme" bit of the control panel but I can't see anything called Produtool which is the one in the right hand side search box (above latest posts) One of the other ones have a facebook symbol and another seems to be a music toolbar. Any help gratefully received.

Download and run Malwarebytes.

It is pretty good at finding things.

I would also suggest that you turn off System Restore before you remove whatever is found. Then restart the computer, do another scan then turn back on System Restore - some nasties will reinstall themselves from System Restore unless you do this.
Firefox addons don't appear in the control panel.
You need to click Tools/Addons from the main Firefox menu bar, and see what's listed there.
