I have recently bought one of these phones and I am getting a message telling me my phone memory (not SD card) is low. Does anyone know how I can free up some of the memory? All Apps are downloaded to the SD card, but I have downloaded the AVG mobile android app, would that be having an effect?

I've just had to delete a few apps on my Samsung
AVG not being one of them although before AVG I have never had an issue with viruses etc and I had the phone for at least 6 months before I put that on it
Uninstall any games on it - they take up a lot of space
