Given the vast steps forward, (I remember the boos and bananas) and the behaviour of fans elsewhere in Europe, I think the use of the word "significant" is maybe a little melodramatic.

there are probably no bigger racists in football than the players themselves in the light of recent events...
as per stoke, the racist behavior as per article is exclusive to the Suaraz and Terry cases. Any mention of racism perpertrated by fans is non UK.
