Windows 7 update failing

My laptop keeps failing to perform the last steps of windows update.

The last step being restarting to apply the changes.

It has been like this a while.

Also, when I try and watch videos on JewTube and other websites my laptop lags like hell.

I've tried updating the video drivers and sound card vut they're already up to date. I've also updated flash player but this has given me no luck.


Wat do?

Check to see which update is failing, download it directly from Microsoft (search for the KB number) and try installing it manually.
