MM and KM Links Sept 2012 Week [4]

'It's That Man Again' (That sounds like a catchphrase to me! Do you think it will catch on?)
Yes I'm back to remind you all of the two guessing games played here in Q&P every weekend.
First is the KM Links Game based on the Daily Telegraph GK Crosswords which starts early on Saturday morning with a post by Seekeerz. There is no rush so play any time before midnight on Sunday.
The second one is our own version (The MM Links) which is set each month by one of the AB players. This month, the challenge is being set by Fordward who has been reasonably generous with the points so far. Will it continue? Who knows? In any case, the game is introduced in Q&P at 8:45 tomorrow followed by the challenge words at 9:00. As each link is discovered, a bonus window is opened for the following two minutes. To have the best chance of claiming a bonus point, early play is advised. This is week 4 of 5.
Here in the shrubbery, things are looking up. The previously waterlogged ground is drying out but air temperatures are dropping and autumn colours are creeping into some of the leaves. At least the dryer weather has let the local farmers finally harvest their barley - must be one of the latest ever.
I'll leave it up to you now to utilise this thread for socialising and scheming.
Until tomorrow morning then,
Happy Linking

I thought I saw somebody waving. Actually it was quite sunny when we came through there. Yes I quite enjoyed the stay in Scotland and surprisingly the weather was very good - even some warm sunshine on a several days.
Sorry to hear of your "ban" from alcohol Pauline, hope things improve for you soon
