This is "magic" fluid. I have some silver plated Rosenthal cutlery which occasionally looks a bit tarnished. One dip in the fluid and its shine is restored.
I wish there were a fluid that I could dip myself in to restore my "shine".

Lol! Me too, robert. I remember we always had a jar of that at home, I remember the distinct smell of it too. Shame we can't be restored as easily eh? :)
Do they have an equivalent for brass? I'm getting sick of doing mine but love bright, shiny brasses.
Don't think there is, coccinelle, so back to the Brasso, i'm afraid.
Yeh, that's what I thought tonyav; just wondered if in the past year some company had come up with something. By the way, what you suggested for my lawnmower wheels didn't work!!
RE, the lawnmower wheels, that was just a guess, but has you say didn't work. Can't think of anything else though.
Yes, I do know that and a big thank you for suggesting it. :-)
Coccinelle, can you rake the grass prior to cutting it to 'lift' the grass as it were.
There's too much to do albaqwerty; it already takes me 3 hours just to cut it but thank you for your suggestion.
The only other suggestion I can think of coccinelle, is get a sit on mower, but that would be expensive.
oh me gosh, Coccinelle, I never realised it was THAT much. :-(
True tonyav, over all that would do the job quicker maybe, but I'd still need a push one to go round the trees so that would mean two machines to get overhaulled... and I'm no mechanic and I still don't like the thought of raking up all the grass.
Righto, coccinelle another idea, have all the lawns taken up and replace it with that artificial grass !
LOL
Couldn't you get a man in?
A ma
?.
Sorry about that: A man would cost money and quite honestly I'd rather use that money in getting a man in to do jobs I can't like chopping logs and cutting down the odd tree. Another thing is i get to see nealy all the garden as I'm mowing so see what needs to be done.
