anyone had theirs on yet? if anyone remembers last year i was on here moaning when we had to put it on in october (i try and leave it as late as possible) but we had it on this weekend!!! why couldn't everyone just have put another jumper on?? according to mr bednobs "the baby needs it"

So I assume your gas bill is just for the gas cooker- or are still having to pay the gas standing charge for nothing?

It could be a gas powered fridge ... I actually had one once and can remember faffing about re-lighting the gas jet under the fridge - highly counter-intuitive ...

Just the hob, we have electric ovens.

I don't know if the £3 covers our usage but they owe us £1,400 ish...Heating packed up, didn't get the meter read, carried on paying our usual DD.

My old house just had storage heating so I've been well excited about it getting cold so I can get the full benefits of central heating. Bring on the snow!!!!!!!!!!!!
