Blowing like buffery here - nearly blown off my feet and junior dog (a slightly-built collie cross) was all over the place on a brief outing.

Have the BBC assured us there won't be a hurricane - if so I'm lashing myself to something solid...

yesterday was absolutely vile, monsoon like and more expected.

Horrible here in Perthshire Scotland, howling gail and lots of heavy rain. Been blowing a gail since early evening yesterday and all last night. An hour ago heavy rain as well has started come down , on a plus note though, it is not cold.
