Dark Circles / hylexin

Has anyone used Hylexin? I've read all the sales stuff about how great it is and also how expensive!!!! But when checking out some reviews someone said it was a waste of money and didnt alter her dark circles at all - I'm in two minds if to try it or not - its soooo expensive, even on ebay! :(

Failing that - does anyone know of any cheap/alternatives to reduce dark circles?
