I want to marinade some chunks of lamb neck fillet to make kebabs tonight.
Does anyone have any simple marinade recipes that I can make out of store cupboard ingredients.
I have garlic, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, olive oil. Will balsamic vinegar 'go' with lamb. Any ideas please.
The lamb kebabs were absolutely delicious.
I marinated them in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, tom. puree, fresh rosemary oregano and loads of black pepper.
They were beautifully tender. I served them with mushroom stir fry, wholegrain rice and steamed sweetcorn cobs.
