What IS the piece of music that accompanies the Egg advert? It sound like the something produced by the BBC Radiophonic Workshop in the middle to late sixties but I can't recall ever hearing it before.

The music is a combination by two tracks. Baltimore Gas & Electric Co. and Domino from the early 1950's. Both by Raymond Scott. Apparently.

Listening to one track on it's own it certainly sounds more Forbidden Planet than Doctor Who. Thanks for both replies. Not sure I'll buy the album though.
