Hi Mamylynne - through your expertise can you tell me how does one put oneself on youtube etc you know what equipment would you need TIA

you need some sort of video capture device (webcam? laptop camera? mobile phone)

ha ha - omg already complicated to me. You know I just happened to youtube a very very very old song that I used to sing and some people have sung it and all of them do not know the correct way of singing it. I really dont (can't remember where I learnt it but I really do) however, I am deaf but you know most of the people singing the song were really flat. Maybe could get my little niece on the job she is good with mobile phones. Thanks guys

Can I just say I do have an old camcorder - would that help. I may be embarrassed in front of the niece. Can anybody direct me from that. TIA

an "old" camcorder might work, however, you need some way of connecting it to your computer (either a usb lead that attaches to the camcorder and the computer or a card that goes into the camcorder then comes out and slots into your computer somewhere)
