Can`t find other thread. Tired has hit.
Tony, daughter drove to Devon today. The car juddered on and off for quite some time then seemed to clear.
By the time she got home it was running well. Dirt? Blockage?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Possibly one of the fuel injectors had a slight blockage which has cleared it self. That good run back to Devon has certainly done it good. A tip for you to pas on to your lovely daughter, get a bottle of Red X injector cleaner suitable for a petrol driven car ( it is a petrol, isn't it ), you pour it into the fuel tank. you can get from almost any car spares shops ( Halfords etc ) it will help to get rid of any remaining crap which maybe in there.
