Virbac Microchips

If your pet has been microchipped with a Virbac Back Home Microchip and you got a letter from Virbac telling you to get it checked by a vet, please do so. Last night I ran an eye testing session and we had one dog whose chip could not be read, turns out it was a Virbac one starting with 900 and was one of the faulty batch. The owners had received the letter but not bothered to check and it could have been disastrous if she had gone missing. Virbac will cover the cost of re-chipping if you take the letter to your vet. Do it now!
