They also came with a cute little red bag, which you can just see in the photo. I tried on dozens of pairs, but as I only take a size 4, most of them made my feet look like lorries.....these were the only pair that didn't.

Evening Redman. xx
i always wear trainers - my feet cause me so much pain now, i can't wear any type of shoe. so....welcome towie....to the wonders of trainers (although they are blue). i only ever wear black x
When I was five years old I was on a merry go round.
There was a gunshot nearby. The horses stampeded.
There I was running down the street on a purple wooden horse.
Keep on running DEN !! HA HA
They look very smart TOWIE, (not to mention the trim ankle).
Go for it girl. Your critics are only jealous they don't have the puff to start running.
Did you have your gait and pressure measured in the trainers? When buying trainers for running you should have a professional take you through everything
I bought ten sessions at a well known gym and as soon as I walked through the door I was approached by a Professional Trainer who asked if I needed any advice.
He took me through the basics on the machines then told me if I needed a PT in future it was £35 per hour!!!!!!
I thanked him for his help and said I'd think about it.

Parkdale - my Son is a Personal Fitness Trainer in London - he has quite a few clients, but never touts for work when people are just using the gym. He also runs boot camps. I won't say on here what he charges, but £35 you were quoted is questionable. He also has a celebrity client.
