This week's Radio 2 Pick of the Pops is the best ever!
The top hits of 1956, includes lots of the usual such as Bill Haley and some gems from Anne Shelton, Frankie Laine, The Goons - guess which one, skiffle, trad.

A real toe tapping fun hour, and the second hour is nearly as good - 1968.

I don't often listen to the Radio nowadays usually Radio 2 if anything. That must have been a really good programme hc. I'd listen to that some of those tunes brought back memories.....thanks for that.

A pleasure. I listen to Pick of the Pops at least once a week, but this week's really is exceptional. I'm listening to it again already

Also this week's Desmond Carrington's show The Music Goes Round is good
