Zone Alarm Firewall

Every now and then my firewall presents a thumb nail window and tells me about some failure with Internet Explorer and need to shut down and asks me for my EMail address and ask for other info about gig byts not sure what they mean.
How can I remove exsisting firewall safely and start again preferable with Zone Alarm Thanks tez

I may be wrong but that sounds more like malware you have running to me. Why would a firewall ask about e-mail addresses ? I'd advise a precautionary scan to see you don't have something you don't want.

As for uninstalling and reinstalling I'm sure you must be able to download the latest version from their website. Control Panel / programs / uninstall allows you to select anything you wish to remove.
