I bought some rather lovely looking lambs liver today for dinner tomorrow night.
I don't want to cook it in the time honoured tradition with onions and gravy.
Any suggestions and/or recipes you can part with for me?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.liver& bacon is a great combination, cook it with a dash of soy sauce and a little terayaki sauce and some gravy granules,+ a just a few bits of red onions for flavour and some mushrooms,when cooked drain off gravy and serve seperatley if wanted, chop up liver and bacon etc to bite size pieces.Cook brown rice and mix in the liver & bacon.
