liver& bacon is a great combination, cook it with a dash of soy sauce and a little terayaki sauce and some gravy granules,+ a just a few bits of red onions for flavour and some mushrooms,when cooked drain off gravy and serve seperatley if wanted, chop up liver and bacon etc to bite size pieces.Cook brown rice and mix in the liver & bacon.
Saying that the stroganoff sounds real good.
cut them into thin strips, flash fry with sliced mushroom & garlic in butter, season well & serve on a bed of spinach, horseradish mash potato & fried onions & tomato.... YUM!!!
