Kitchen Tap query

If looking for a single hole kitchen mixer tap what is the word I also need to look for to ensure the spout can be swung from left to right (ie will aim on either side of a double sink) please or do they always do that?

The only ones I can find that don't swing around are the poncey "detachable sprayer" type.
