Is it possible to to set a different ring tone for certain callers on my Samsung phone.

I have just come back from a short holiday and my phone went 5 times on the way back all of the calls were about PPI except for 1 wanting to give me a loan.
I do not answer my phone while driving and I do not like hands free.
As my father is in a nursing home I would like a different tone for the home and another tone for relatives and a tone for other numbers so I do not have to keep stopping to look at rubbish calls.
Is this possible?.

From the manual it seems the only way to do it is create a group of contacts (a group can contain only one contact) and assign a separate tone to the group.
