How do I find an email address

I am trying to complain to one of the directors of the Co-op but all I can find is their customer complaints number which I have tried before and got nowhere.Its a complaint about a couple of trees on their property which are in a dangerous condition,so I need to get hold of one their property managers. I have tried searching online and got no-where fast.Has anyone got any suggestions.

25 feet from my house,have been on to the council but there is a lot of damage to nearby fences etc from a tree that fell recently and as we've had no response from earlier complaints I feel its time someone knew about what is going on.There is also a small estate of elderly people near to this site as well and they are worried sick.

No director of any company is going to look at their own emails.

They will have a PA who looks at them, and any email like yours would be passed on to another department.

The director would probably never see it.

If someone's garden plants are overhanging the footpath you complain to the council. Think it might be the same with trees if you consider them to be dangerous.

Send a letter, and send it 1st class, to be signed for.

I am doing the same to M&S - I want to contact the chief of design with regard to a complaint, I have her name so I have written a proper letter (not email) and addressed it for her personal attention and sent it to Head Office. I got nowhere when ringing Customer Services, and I told her so in my letter!

If I knew how to do it I would post a couple of photographs so you could see what I am complaining about.

Phone [phone] and ask for the name and contact details of the director responsible for their properties.

It is usual to report all 'complaints' similar to yours to the Environment Department of your local council

It's no good just ringing the customer complaints number. They won't know how to deal with it. You need the Estates team. This site has details that will help.

Agree, this isn't a customer complaint (which would be about stuff in the shops etc) - ring the Council first.

Had already contacted the council and the officer turned up first thing this morning and agreed with me. He has already set the wheels in motion,so fingers crossed.
