Can't make it- I play football on Saturday mornings so I skip the run, although I do jog just under 1 km to where we meet.
How long does it take you to run 7 miles? (or was it 6, I can't remember)

You do 7 miles in 45-50 minutes? Well count me out then. When I do 4 miles it takes me a little over 35 minutes so you're a spring chicken compared to me.
